Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes what we do and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a commitment to work with you.
We take on work under a written service agreement, signed by both parties, after a Studio Fit Session. Until that agreement is signed, neither of us owes the other anything. The one exception is the 90-Minute Consultation, which is booked and paid for under its own Consultation Terms and does not require a Studio Fit Session.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything and does not commit us to accepting your studio. We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.
Anything you tell us in an enquiry is held under our Privacy Policy.
What is on this site
The words, images, layout, design and structure of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read this site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or republish any part of it for your own commercial use without our written permission.
Project work shown on this site is published with the permission of the studio it belongs to. Do not reproduce it.
Our name and marks are ours. Using them without permission is not on.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and correct as best we can. Information here is general and does not account for your studio’s particular circumstances. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or accounting advice.
Where we describe a service, the scope that governs is the one written into your signed agreement, not the description here.
Pricing shown on this site
Prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST. They are current at the date at the top of this page and may change. The price that applies to you is the one written into your signed agreement.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what is on it.
Availability
We do not promise this site will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, or any other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with this site is limited to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Queensland, and both of us submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when we need to. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
