Consultation Terms

Please read before you pay. Booking confirms you accept these terms.

Montenica Pty Ltd (ABN 99 700 537 604), Shop 2/290 Boundary St, Spring Hill QLD 4000. “We” is Montenica. “You” is the studio booking the Consultation.

1. What you get

• A 90-minute online session between the person responsible for project approval at your studio and Montenica’s principal, on how your studio presents itself, speaks, prices, and runs content.

• A one-page written summary with the recommended next step, sent to your nominated email within 3 Business Days after the session.

• If another provider or a solution outside our services suits you better, the summary says so. We take no referral fee from anyone we name.

The Consultation is advice for your studio’s situation as you describe it. It does not include design work, copywriting, files, or implementation, and it is not legal, financial, or tax advice.

2. Price

A$1,570 inc. GST (US$1,100), paid in full when you book. For Australian studios that is A$1,427.27 plus A$142.73 GST.

Australian studios pay the amount shown inclusive of GST. Studios outside Australia are not charged GST and are quoted in their own currency, with the United States dollar figure shown here as a guide.

The fee is not credited toward any later Montenica engagement.

3. Booking

• Book at least 48 hours ahead.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment clears.

• The questions you answer at booking are the pre-session form. If we have nothing to work from, the session still runs and the written summary covers only what we discussed live.

• A free 10-minute Studio Fit Session is available before or after the Consultation. It is not required.

4. If you need to move or cancel

24 hours or more before the session: move to any available time free of charge, or cancel for a full refund. Your choice.

Less than 24 hours before, or you do not attend: move once, free of charge, to any available time within the next 15 Business Days. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contact counts as not attending. A late start still ends at the scheduled time.

Second missed session, or no new time chosen within those 15 Business Days: we refund two thirds (A$1,046.67) and keep one third (A$523.33). The kept amount covers preparing and holding two sessions. It is stated here before you book and is not a penalty.

5. If we need to move

We give you as much notice as we can. You choose a new time within the next 5 Business Days, ahead of new bookings, or take a full refund. If we give you less than 24 hours notice, your rescheduled session also runs 15 minutes longer at no cost.

6. Refunds

• Paid to your original payment method within 10 Business Days.

• Full amounts as stated. We absorb payment processing costs.

• If you dispute an amount charged, write to support@montenica.com first. We work through it with you before any chargeback is raised. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Nothing here removes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service fails a consumer guarantee, you have the remedies that law gives you.

7. What you share

• Everything in your form and session stays confidential to Montenica and collaborators bound by written confidentiality.

• We may describe situations as anonymised patterns in our content. Your studio, people, clients, and projects are never named or identifiable without your written consent.

• Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree in writing beforehand.

8. Contact

9. General

• Queensland law applies. If something goes wrong, we try to sort it out by email first, then through an online mediator if needed, and only then in the courts of Queensland. Nothing here takes away any protection you have under the laws of the country you operate in that cannot be excluded.

• “Business Days” are Monday to Friday, excluding Brisbane public holidays.
