How It Works
One meeting a month, then finished scripts
An onboarding week first. After that, two things touch you: one 120-minute meeting and one round of notes. Everything else runs on our side.
01. Onboarding week. First cycle only
What for: scripts that sound like you from month one, not month three.Your role: return the onboarding form, then your approver at the 120-minute Onboarding Meeting. Our role: we build or adapt your Brand and Content Syntax and open your portal. Your first scripts sit one week later than every cycle after.

02. Direction. Week 1, every cycle

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
So you know exactly what's happening from now on.
How is this different from Content Creation Execution?
You get the direction and the finished scripts, and your team designs and posts. Content Creation Execution is the same direction plus the finished carousels, edited video, newsletter design and ready-to-post files. If you already have production capacity, this is the one, and the two can't run together.

What arrives each month?
Growth: 14 scripts across Instagram and LinkedIn, one YouTube script up to 10 minutes with thumbnail direction, two email scripts, the Monthly Direction Meeting and the Industry Repertoire Briefing. Community lifts that to 20 scripts including Pinterest and Shorts, a 20-minute YouTube script or two 10-minute ones with an SEO description and four email scripts, and adds the Monthly Performance Analysis and the two quarterly meetings. Counts are totals per cycle, never per platform.

Are the scripts actually usable, or are they ideas?
Written word for word, in your voice, ready to copy and paste. Each one names the client problem it answers, records what the existing content on that topic misses, is written at your clients’ vocabulary level, and ends with one step the reader can act on. Ideas and outlines aren’t what we deliver.

What do the email scripts actually do?
They work the list you already have. Past-client emails are timed to project completion windows and anniversaries, when referral energy runs highest, and each one hands the client the story they can retell when they recommend you. The rest nurture the leads you’ve captured toward an enquiry. Growth gets two a cycle, Community four.

Why six to twelve months?
Audiences build on a slower clock than posting schedules, so a two-month trial would only tell you that two months is short. There's no auto-renewal, and we open the renewal conversation 60 days before a 12-month term ends and 30 before a 6-month, with your results in front of you.

How much of our time does this take?
The Monthly Direction Meeting is 120 minutes with the person responsible for project approval, and you bring your own platform numbers to it. After that, 3 Business Days to go through the scripts and send one round of notes. One round of alterations is included every cycle.

What if we’re slow to approve, or miss the meeting?
Nothing is approved by your silence on a first delivery. That cycle’s scripts ship on a delayed cycle or roll into the next one, and we tell you which in writing. Only after we’ve delivered your requested changes and sent a written reminder does a further 5 Business Days of quiet count as a yes. Miss the Monthly Direction Meeting and the cycle still runs, on last month’s direction, confirmed to you in writing. If we’re the ones who are late, you choose: we make it good next cycle at no charge, or your term extends by one cycle at no charge.

Do we need the Brand Identity System first?
Only if your identity isn’t defined yet. Scripts anchor to your positioning and syntax, and without those every script decides your tone on the fly. If you already hold an effective identity, clear offers, a defined audience and a brand personality, you start here, and we record the basis for that in your agreement. If we find during onboarding that it isn’t ready, we tell you in writing within 5 Business Days and your payment is either held for the identity work first or refunded in full within 14 Business Days.

Our content is mostly finished project photos. Is that a problem?
It's the common starting point, and it's also why nothing stacks. Direction defaults to how a project actually runs and why the fee is what it is, because that's the material your clients can't find anywhere. Finished work keeps running, it just stops being the whole feed.

We already have a marketing coordinator. Where do they fit?
Keep them. They work from the monthly direction and the scripts, so the blank page on Monday morning is gone, which is the gap a second hire doesn't close. Comments, messages and community management stay with your team, because the moment someone else answers as you, the account stops sounding like you.

Who owns the scripts, and do you use AI?
The scripts are yours on delivery once that cycle’s paid, published or not, and you’re free to edit them. You also get signed moral rights consents from everyone who worked on them, so changing them is straightforward. On AI: no generated image or video unless you authorise it in writing, never on another professional’s work, and we never train any AI on your material. Your Syntax is built to run with Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and whether your team uses it that way is your call.

What happens if we need to stop early?
Thirty days' notice, or one Monthly Cycle Fee in its place. You pay one Monthly Cycle Fee for each cycle that's started, never more than your Total Investment, and anything paid above that comes back within 14 Business Days. Paying upfront doesn't increase what you forfeit, and every script you've paid for is yours, published or not.

It Started With A Floor
Years before Montenica, someone in our family slipped on a polished tile and had a stroke. Nobody had told them a floor finish was a decision they could have made. You've met those clients, the ones who find out what you do after they needed you.

We Know Your Why
Years before Montenica, someone in our family slipped on a polished tile and had a stroke. Nobody had told them a floor finish was a decision they could have made. You've met those clients, the ones who find out what you do after they needed you.

It Started With A Floor
Years before Montenica, someone in our family slipped on a tile and had a stroke. No designer in their right mind puts a tile like that where an older person lives, but the family never knew that was a decision someone could have made for them. That is what sent our founder into architecture, then interior design. It was never about how a room looks, but what it does to the people in it, and how many never find out the profession that could have helped them.

So She Went And Learnt It
That's what sent our founder into architecture and interior design. As you know, aesthetics matter, but they won't sustain a project on their own. It also takes how people behave inside the space, which is the part your clients rarely know to ask about.

Then We Saw It In Your Field
Inside studios, the same gap. The ones doing genuinely good work kept losing to weaker ones, and it was never the design. The better studio just couldn't get the right clients to see what it was. You've probably lost a job like that and never found out why.

That's What Pulled Us Into Marketing
Someone has to close the distance between how good your work is and how the market reads it. We both know attention costs more every year, and you shouldn't have to spend your credibility dancing on social media to get any. So we built the other way.

Eight Years Of This, Seven Countries
For studios some twenty-five years into their craft, and we're still doing it. Long enough to know your process, your suppliers, and what your clients ask before they call you. Narrow enough that we're not learning your field on your budget.

And This Is Who Does The Work
A small, lean team trained in interior design, product design and architecture, with years on site beside engineers and builders. We sit between your studio and your client, so the work reads as one studio no matter who on your team is holding it.
