FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
So you know exactly what's happening from now on.
How is this different from the Content Direction System?
This is direction plus production: finished carousels, edited Reels, produced video, captions, designed newsletters and ready-to-post files. The Content Direction System gives you the same direction and scripts and leaves visual production with your team. The two can't run together.

What arrives each cycle?
Everything in your tier's list above, produced once and adapted to every platform in your tier, with counts as totals per block. Each batch arrives finished, one Publishing Block before it publishes.

What do we have to supply?
Photography, footage and project information by the raw material deadline: end of week 4 of the Lead-In, then end of week 3 of each cycle. Our filming brief says which moments to capture and why, and we don't attend shoots. You also need the rights and consents to the material, and we tell you exactly what that covers before you send anything.

What is the Production Lead-In?
Seven weeks at the start of your first term, priced into your investment and only charged separately if the agreement ends early. It builds your Brand and Content Syntax, sets up your workspace, studies what your actual buyers are watching, and produces your first full batch before publishing begins. It happens once and isn't repeated on renewal.

Do you run our Instagram?
We produce, and at Community we schedule and publish what you've approved in writing. Comments and messages stay with your team at every tier, because the moment we answer as you, the account stops being yours. When the term ends, you switch our access off within 7 days.

What if we cannot send footage one month?
That block is produced from your existing library. During the Lead-In there's no library yet, so a late first batch moves the remaining weeks and your first publishing date day for day, and your instalment dates stay put. If two blocks in a row run on library material only, we write to you and we meet.

Do you use AI images?
Not by default, and never on another professional's work. Where photography can't cover every project, we ask in writing and you decide, recorded in the AI Authorisation and Delivery Record. Nothing generated is ever presented as a photo of finished work, we don't train any AI on your material, and where we publish for you we apply the platform's own disclosure setting unless you tell us in writing to remove it.

Can we move up a tier partway through?
Yes, by written request. The upgrade takes effect from the start of the next Publishing Block, priced pro rata for the balance of your term. Anything else is a renewal conversation.

Does the price go up when we renew?
There's no auto-renewal, and a new agreement is signed each time. The same tier and the same number of Publishing Blocks holds the same Total Investment, apart from one annual adjustment at the start of each financial year, and you receive that figure in writing at least 30 days before your term ends. Your investment never changes during a term.

What happens if we need to stop early?
Thirty days' notice, or one Monthly Cycle Fee in its place. You pay for the Lead-In work that's begun and one Monthly Cycle Fee per Publishing Block that's started, never more than your Total Investment, and anything paid above that comes back within 14 Business Days. Paying upfront doesn't increase what you forfeit, and every block you've paid for is completed, delivered and yours.

Who owns the content, and can we edit it?
You do, block by block, once that block's delivered and paid for, and you can edit anything you own however you like. Layered design files and edit timelines stay ours and are quoted separately if you want them. We show finished work in our portfolio after it's yours, and you can set an embargo date or ask us once to take it down.

It Started With A Floor
Years before Montenica, someone in our family slipped on a polished tile and had a stroke. Nobody had told them a floor finish was a decision they could have made. You've met those clients, the ones who find out what you do after they needed you.

We Know Your Why
Years before Montenica, someone in our family slipped on a polished tile and had a stroke. Nobody had told them a floor finish was a decision they could have made. You've met those clients, the ones who find out what you do after they needed you.

It Started With A Floor
Years before Montenica, someone in our family slipped on a tile and had a stroke. No designer in their right mind puts a tile like that where an older person lives, but the family never knew that was a decision someone could have made for them. That is what sent our founder into architecture, then interior design. It was never about how a room looks, but what it does to the people in it, and how many never find out the profession that could have helped them.

So She Went And Learnt It
That's what sent our founder into architecture and interior design. As you know, aesthetics matter, but they won't sustain a project on their own. It also takes how people behave inside the space, which is the part your clients rarely know to ask about.

Then We Saw It In Your Field
Inside studios, the same gap. The ones doing genuinely good work kept losing to weaker ones, and it was never the design. The better studio just couldn't get the right clients to see what it was. You've probably lost a job like that and never found out why.

That's What Pulled Us Into Marketing
Someone has to close the distance between how good your work is and how the market reads it. We both know attention costs more every year, and you shouldn't have to spend your credibility dancing on social media to get any. So we built the other way.
